Love avocados? Well then you are going to LOVE my avocado cream. It is super delicious; smooth & creamy, with a hint of garlic and zing from the citrus. You can use it as a dip, spread or a sauce, or even just have it on it’s own out of the jar! Every way I’ve used this recipe I have loved so you really can’t go wrong. Try stirring it into quinoa or brown rice, using it as a sauce for pasta or courgetti, spreading it on toast, or using it as a dip for roasted veggies and wedges.

I recently used it as a condiment in my Tuna Tartare recipe and it totally blew my mind! Avocados are crazy good for us as well as super tasty. They are packed with essential nutrients & vitamins and full of healthy fats that give us glowing skin, strong nails and hair. Avocados also enhance nutrient absorption from the foods that we eat them alongside, so you get maximum benefit from all the goodness on your plate. They are also really anti-inflammatory so you can keep that tummy flat whilst gorging on the green stuff. They are essentially a gift to your body, so enjoy!

Serves: 1 small bowl
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt & pepper
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processer and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  3. Enjoy!
