Please someone tell me that it’s not already April. I honestly don’t understand how it’s even possible. MY LIFE IS DISAPPEARING. On a brighter note, at least I can say that I’ve had lots of fun so far in 2016, albeit at the expense of my New Year’s resolutions (don’t worry body, April onwards is back on track).

Michael & I were long overdue a dinner with our favourites, Josie & Rory (who we toured Sicily with), and, since they’re as big a fans of Asia as we are, when I spotted the more than reasonable sounding Bookatable star deal for 5 courses and half a bottle of wine for £35pp at Sake No Hana, deciding where to go for our group date didn’t take all that much time.
Despite minimal sleep, jetlag and it being a Sunday night, I’ll always make an effort for a birthday celebration, so pulled myself together and over to Belgravia for a sumptuous celebratory dinner at Salmontini.
I must admit that few things make me happier than sharing good food with my favourite people. My ‘internet friends’ have become a big and special part of my life so enjoying a meal together with them is now considered a mealtime very well spent.
Since pan-Asian is mine & Michael’s favourite cuisine and, though nothing beats Roka (confirmed once more on this occasion), we thought we’d have a change of scenery and visit its older sister, Zuma, to ‘celebrate’ (if you can truly do such a thing) Valentine’s Day.
It’s hard to believe that Michael & I have spent the last 4 years together, but I guess time flies when you’re having fun. We’ve shared an abundance of incredible experiences and made so many great memories that will stay with me forever.
I must admit that when I started Andrea’s Passions a little over a year ago I never would have imagined the incredible community that I was unknowingly becoming a part of. Meeting surprisingly like-minded people and making actual friends through blogging has been by far the biggest highlight and most rewarding aspect for me.
A little late on this one but better late than never... On a lovely autumn day in mid-October I had the pleasure of spending the day with Lauren at Stylist Live.
A few weeks ago I attended my first ever supper club. But it wasn’t just any supper club – this was Luiz Hara, aka the highly regarded author of the award-winning blog The London Foodie’s, supper club.
So I have something rather exciting to share with you all. Enter Take Eat Easy. A new food-tech start-up that’s giving a whole new meaning to the word ‘takeaway’.
