Raw Brownies

Serves: 6 brownies
  • 15 medjool dates
  • 100g chopped pecans (optional)
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Banana Nicecream (optional) (to serve)
  1. Pit the dates.
  2. Place the pecans in a food processer and blend until broken & fine.
  3. Add the dates, cacao & maple syrup and blend.
  4. Spread the mixture on to a flat surface (plate or tray).
  5. Place the brownie in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
