Massaged Kale Salad

Serves: 4 portions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g kale
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 1 lime
  1. Wash & dry the kale.
  2. Tear the leaves from the stems, placing the leaves in a large mixing bowl & discarding the stems.
  3. Add all of the other ingredients to the mixing bowl.
  4. Using your hands, make sure every piece of kale is covered in the dressing and massage the leaves for approx 5 mins, or until they soften and wilt slightly.
  5. Serve with anything your heart desires.
  6. Enjoy!
