Cacao Superfood Bites

Serves: 10 balls
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 heaping tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup medjool dates
  • 1 tsp hemp protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp baobab (optional)
  • 1 tsp maca (optional)
  1. Add the almonds to a food processer and blend until fine.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until a thick, sticky mixture forms.
  3. Using your hands, scoop up a small handful of the mixture and roll it into balls.
  4. Place the balls in the freezer for 1 hour to set and then keep them in the fridge.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  6. Enjoy!
