Strawberry & Blueberry Smoothie

Serves: 1 person
  • 1 cup nut milk (I use almond)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp maca (optional) (I use Organic Burst)
  1. Put a glass in the freezer.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a food processer and blend.
  3. (Add almond milk or ice if the smoothie is too thick until the consistency is right to your personal taste).
  4. Pour the smoothie into your cold glass.
  5. Enjoy!
