Place all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Place all of the wet ingredients in a food processer and blend.
Add the wet mixture to the mixing bowl & mix well with the dry ingredients, making sure all of the dry ingredients are covered in the wet mixture.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the combined mixture on to the lined baking tray & place it in the oven for 15 mins.
After 15 mins, break up and move the granola clusters around so that they cook evenly & place back in the oven for a further 10-15 mins, or until the clusters have turned a golden brown colour.
Remove the baking tray from the oven & turn off the heat.
Allow the clusters to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 months.
